Terms & Conditions
Soul of the Party sells wholesale to trade only.
The minimum opening order is $200 for U.S. customers and $2000 for international customers.  All customers must provide the copy of the business license and resale permit at time of purchase.

Methods of Payment
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Net/30 Terms: Customer can apply for Net/30 terms after their second order. Please complete our credit application and allow up to 2-7 business days for review.

Wire Transfer: If you wish to send us a wire transfer to pay for your order please request our banking information.

Backorders
Soul of the Party strives to have every product in stock and available to ship.  If an item is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered and will ship automatically once it comes back to stock.  The customer will be notified about the backorder before it is shipped. Please note that you will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.  If your backorder is under $100 or older than 6 months we reserve the right to cancel.

Returns
We want to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or displeased with the quality, you can return within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact our customer support to receive an RMA number and begin your return process. The RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Please note that all items must be returned in the original, new condition in which they were received.  Soul of the Party is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All sale items are final sale.

Claims
We work hard to ensure that the products you purchase are of the utmost quality and that your order is handled with detailed accuracy, but sometimes, accidents happen.  For damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise please contact Soul of the Party within 7 business days of receipt and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.  Orders are billed in effect on date of shipment. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
